If you would like a statement of your 2025 contribution to Mary, Mother of God Parish for tax purposes, please print the form (click the button for the PDF), fill it out, and return it to the parish office. You can mail the form, drop it off in person to 1220 W. Catalpa, or drop it in the collection basket at Mass. Contribuciones Caritativas (2025)Si desea un comprobante de su contribución a la Parroquia María, Madre de Dios correspondiente al año 2025 para fines fiscales, imprima el formulario (haga clic en el botón para obtener el PDF), complételo y entréguelo en la oficina parroquial. Puede enviarlo por correo postal, entregarlo personalmente en 1220 W. Catalpa o depositarlo en la cesta de colecta durante la misa.
