​To request a Mass intention, please call the parish office at 773-561-5343.  We ask that you contact us at least a week before the date of the Mass you are requesting. Mass cards are available upon request. If you would like your Mass intentions printed in the bulletin, please contact us two weeks before the date of your intention.

If you choose to mail in or drop off a Mass request for individual(s), please indicate whether that person is living or deceased. Also, include your name and phone number in case the desired date/time is not available.

The suggested donation is $10. You can drop off your donation at the parish office, leave it in the donation boxes at the back of the church, or mail it to the rectory at 1220 W. Catalpa, Chicago, IL, 60640.

Memorial Fund
For a $5 donation, the name of your deceased loved one is added to the Memorial Fund posted in the Bulletin. Their name remains posted for four weeks and a card is mailed to your family. This money supports our neighbors in need through the Saint Gregory Credit Union. If you have any questions, please call the parish office at 773-561-5343.

Parish Devotions

​​Eucharistic Adoration at
​St. Thomas
St. Thomas of Canterbury church holds Eucharistic Adoration every Tuesday to pray for the guests, volunteers, and benefactors of our Soup Kitchen and Food Pantry. 

​Beginning after 8:30 AM daily Mass and continuing all day. Recited prayers at 5:30 PM and ending with Vespers and Benediction at 7 PM.

Devotions take place every Second Wednesday at 4 PM beginning with Adoration at St. Gregory the Great church.​

The First Friday of each month is dedicated to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. ​Our parish celebrates with Mass at 7 PM at St. Ita church.​
